I really enjoyed my stay here because it was just a short walk to Riverview Park, where I could relax in nature, and only 5.5 km to the vibrant Strip District filled with shops and eateries, allowing me to explore the local culture easily. the staff were very nice and personable, although I wished the housekeeping was a bit more consistent during my stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay feel more personal. I received great assistance from Naobi and Tara, who went out of their way to address my concerns during my 21 nights here.

However, certain maintenance issues were apparent throughout my stay.

Staying at this hotel, we found the staff to be professional, particularly when we had issues with our room. Their willingness to assist during our stay made it slightly more manageable amidst the inconveniences we faced. The room was adequate for a large family.

In my wife’s opinion, cleanliness was a major concern. More frequent housekeeping would greatly improve the experience for families.

Naobi at the front desk made a lasting impression with her incredible help and warmth, ensuring I felt welcomed even while arriving late. The studio room was spacious and offered great value, although the convenience of stores was lacking and required driving. Overall, a solid central location without the chaotic traffic.

I loved relaxing by the pool and getting some fresh air in the outdoor lounge area. The only downside was that finding a store nearby was a bit tricky, so stock up before you arrive! 😊

I found some killer artisanal bread at a nearby bakery that was just the ticket for breakfast. And shoutout to Naobi at the front desk—she’s a gem, super welcoming and helpful! The studio was spacious and a solid value!

On the flip side, the carpet felt sticky like an old dive bar floor, and they were low on clean pillowcases. Plus, I had to fend for myself with towels—it’s a DIY laundromat situation here!

my stay at intown suites extended stay pittsburgh pa was fantastic! naobi at the front desk was incredibly helpful, staying late to assist me with check-in. my studio room was spacious and well-fitted, offering great value for the price. the location is quite convenient as it’s close to shopping malls without the crazy traffic.
